"Cute clothes, but I wasn’t sold on the eco angle"
The clothes are definitely cute, but the sustainability claims left me a little unsure. I tried looking for clearer info about the materials and where things are made, and I couldn’t really find much. Maybe this is just how a lot of brands do it now, but when the details are that vague, I start to wonder how eco-friendly it actually is...

"Easy Return and FAST Refund"
I had to return a dress because the size was off, the whole process was SO easy. The instructions were clear, I didn’t have to chase anyone or send annoying follow-up emails, and my refund came through way quicker than I expected. I’d definitely order again

"Love the style, just bad timing on my end"
I ordered from Auguste the Label because everything looked so easy to wear and very my style. The pieces have that relaxed, look without feeling like you’re trying too hard. I really like the prints and the cuts. My only issue was bad timing, I ordered right before a busy stretch, so I didn’t get to wear them as soon as I wanted. Still really happy with what I got and I’d shop again.

"Finally, a Support Team That Didn’t Make It Hard"
I was annoyed when I ran into an issue with my order, because that kind of thing usually turns into a whole back-and-forth headache. But they actually replied really fast and got it fixed without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. Wish every customer service experience was this easy

"Cute, but the sizing didn’t work for me"
I really wanted to like this because it looked cute in the photos, but the fit was just off on me. The sizing felt way different than expected, and it sat weird in a few places. When I reached out, support basically said something like, “the fit can vary a bit by style,” which I get, but it still didn’t work for me

"The sizing has honestly been so reliable"
I’ve ordered from Auguste The Label a few times now, and the sizing has been weirdly consistent in the best way. I’m usually a size 10, and every dress I’ve bought has fit pretty much how I expected, not squeezing me in or hanging off me.
I was fully prepared to be annoyed because online sizing can be a mess, but actually... no complaints. It makes shopping so much easier when I’m not second-guessing every order. Really happy with it.

"Pretty great deal"
Got a dress on sale and was surprised. The quality? Better than I expected for the price. Shipping was fine too. Nothing crazy, but no complaints. I’d definitely buy again if I spot another good deal

"I ended up returning my order..."
I ended up returning my order because the size just didn’t work for me. From past experience, I usually expect refunds to drag on a bit, so I was pleasantly surprised when the money came back not long after they received the parcel. I didn’t have to follow up or send any extra emails, which made the whole thing feel really straightforward. Based on that, I’d be comfortable ordering from them again.

"The color description was misleading"
The dress itself is pretty, but the color looked nothing like what I expected. The wording made it sound like it would be one shade, but in person it was way off. Kind of disappointing because I actually liked the style...

"Showed up exactly when they said it would"
I ordered from Auguste The Label i was mainly just hoping the delivery wouldn’t turn into a whole thing, you know? The tracking came through quickly and actually kept updating properly, which already felt like a good sign.

My parcel arrived on the exact day they said it would, everything was packed fine, and I didn’t have to chase anyone up. That feels kind of rare lately, right? I’d definitely order again if the delivery is always this straightforward.

The fabric feels really nice and comfortable, so I do think there’s good quality here. I just wish the stitching had been done a little more carefully. It’s not a huge issue, but for the price, it feels fair to expect things to be finished properly.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the fabric feels really soft and comfortable. It’s not scratchy at all, which I was kind of worried about. i think it feels even better than I expected.
